Prior to the treatment, your state of health and your concerns will be discussed in a short meeting.

Each session lasts approximately one hour. The first session may be longer since you will be asked for details of your current state of health, any medical conditions, history and lifestyle. Please allow for about 75 to 90 Minutes of time for this first session.

During a session, you lie comfortably on a soft floor map (Japanese futon). You remain fully clothed at all times. Please bring loose fitting, comfortable clothing, such as a long sleeve shirt, leggings or track pants, and socks, with you. You can change in our facility. Sessions are carried out in silence to allow you to focus your attention to your body and your inner self. Sessions will be tailored to your needs and usually take about 50 minutes.

After the session, you are encouraged to remain in your position and rest for a while. A concluding, short conversation provides you with an opportunity to ask questions or share experiences.

The intervals between the sessions are contingent upon your condition. In the case of acute pain or discomfort it is recommended to plan for intervals of 1-2 weeks for the first couple of sessions.
